Had a fantastic experience building with Linford. Building a home can be very stressful from the standpoint that there are thousands of decisions to be made, but Linford and his crew were flexible with our many changes throughout the process. We love how everything turned out and are thankful for a quality build on our dream home. If I had to nit pick on one thing, my only complaint is the painting. Drywall was only spray finished, which I would have expected a custom build to be back rolled. Overall though very pleased and would recommend them to anyone building a home. Fair on pricing, and you won’t be disappointed.
