Fantastic customer service. From start to finish the process was better than expected.

They tore down our old garage and added a new garage and addition. Working with old farm houses can be tricky but they got it done. They use high quality building materials and techniques.

Would highly recommend S. Gerald Musser for your home project.
However, I suggest that you get someone else to seed your lawn.

Gave us a great price on a tear off roof job. Was done in a timely manner, the crew was very kind to my family and they kept a magnet going to pick up nails. Never found a single nail or piece of debris after they finished.

Very professional, quick to respond to our many questions and quality work always done to our expectations. Would highly recommend.

We used Musser to build what will be our retirement home. When we began the process we discuss our needs with many builders and found that Musser was the easiest to work with to get everything we wanted. For them nothing was an issue. Our home was built with no steps coming into the home and 36″ doors throughout.
There were many other things we wanted that his suppliers were also very happy to help with. The kitchen is equipped with all under counter drawers so that we do not need to get down and craw into the cabinet to find what we need. These were built into the cabinets and not cheap add-on racks that some builders wanted to use.
The plumber and electrician were also very helpful in making sure everything we wanted and needed happened. We did the flooring in hardwood and vinyl and the installers made sure there were no thresholds at the transitions that we might trip over or might cause problems if we had walkers or wheelchairs in the future.
When we would visit the site during construction any of the contractors that were working there were always interested in what we thought. They always wanted to know if there was anything we were concerned about.
Not to say that there were no issues during the build, but everyone was addressed and resolved before the home was completed. At final walk through the builder found minor issues that we had not seen and made sure everything was corrected. Everything was address and corrected within two weeks of our taking over the home.
Needless to say we were very pleased and enjoy living in this home. We would suggest Musser to anyone looking to build a quality home.

Gerald exceeded our expectations. The subcontractors did top notch work. All materials used are excellent quality. Gerald was very accommodating and punctual. We had a smooth, enjoyable experience from start to finish with no hidden surprises. We would highly recommend him.

My husband and I purchased a piece of land and started pursuing our dream of building a home there. We met with Gerald and he began laying out the options. It was a very fun, straight-forward process. We were kept informed the entire time and there were no hidden costs or unpleasant surprises. His team did excellent work, and every other contractor we worked with was professional and efficient. We’ve been in our home since April and the quality is evident everywhere we look. We hope to be in our home for a long time, but if we ever build again, we will definitely be using Gerald Musser’s team!

After purchasing a piece of land in South Lebanon Township, I started looking for a builder. I had a particular plan in mind for my home. I asked many friends who had built homes here in Lebanon, and overwhelmingly my friends recommended getting in touch with Gerald Musser. I met Gerald, he looked at my plan and we sat down to see if and how to best make it work. Working with Gerald on my home was a positive experience the whole time from plan to completion of my home. He was always there to answer any questions or concerns I had. Even after I moved into the home. Not only were Gerald and his sons easy and great to work with, but anyone that Gerald uses to work on the home: plumber, electrician, painter, foreman, kitchen designer, siding and stonework, heating, lighting, concrete work, driveway, etc. did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to call any of them back to do additional work or repair. Not only was the quality of work excellent the materials chosen or suggested to me were excellent too! I have and would gladly recommend Gerald Musser, Builder, LLC to anyone who is looking for a home builder. Thank you Gerald and team for all your great work and attention to detail.

Well built home. Superior craftsmanship. Quality materials. Professional crews. Attention to the smallest detail. Lots of extras included compared to other builders. After 4 years we asked them build roof over patio. Very reasonably priced. It’s looks like original construction. Follow-up from builder to make sure we were pleased. We have recommended Gerald Musser to family and friends. They chose Gerald Musser after touring our home. We would use them again if we ever build another home!!!!

Building with Gerald Musser Builders has been a great experience for my wife and I. S. Gerald Musser did a fantastic job on building our house for us. We brought a custom ranch design, and he was very helpful with any questions we may have had. Gerald had his crew address any concerns we had, encouraging us to visit often to catch problems early. The workers were also great, taking time to talk with us while we were doing walkthroughs for the electric and plumbing. They really made the whole building process smooth and easy for us from start to finish.

Everyone on this Build Team did an excellent job from start to finish. Hard working people! They kept on schedule and in budget. Several months after we moved into the house a problem arose that needed the inspection of Gerald and 2 contractors. They took the time to come several times, to make sure the problem was properly taken care of. It takes managing to fit several contractor schedules together, and they got it done! We hired Musser Builders to add a living room extension, master bedroom, master bathroom, and a new front porch to our house. Gerald Lynn guided us throughout the process, stayed within the budget, and completely exceeded our expectations. The Musser team executed a well-planned addition with exceptional quality and workmanship. We are amazed by the quality of the design and construction of our addition, even 1 year after its completion. The whole process, from the time we first sat down with a Linford to the time we took possession of our home, was smooth. Great communication all around, Linford and team kept us well informed of progress. They would anticipate issues and get them solved quickly. The team was very accommodating to changes and ideas as the home was being built. Everyone that we worked with was working hard behind the scenes to ensure we had a great customer experience. Had a fantastic experience building with Linford. Building a home can be very stressful from the standpoint that there are thousands of decisions to be made, but Linford and his crew were flexible with our many changes throughout the process. We love how everything turned out and are thankful for a quality build on our dream home. If I had to nit pick on one thing, my only complaint is the painting. Drywall was only spray finished, which I would have expected a custom build to be back rolled. Overall though very pleased and would recommend them to anyone building a home. Fair on pricing, and you won’t be disappointed.

We had an excellent experience with the team at S. Gerald Musser Builders. This was my first experience with a new build, and my husband’s third, so he happily handed everything over to me, thus avoiding the revelation of any fissures in our union. I didn’t know the process could be difficult for some people, because it was so EASY for me. Knowledgeable contractors to answer all the questions that I asked over and over. The quality of the workmanship was high. I love the rounded corners inside. My daughter lives in an historic home in Philadelphia and she has those too!!! The man in charge of my house was Gerald Lynn and he was always available, easy to reach, and responsive to any potential issues. I have recommended them to several people and will continue to do so.
